Our static Holiday Homes range from Bronze to Gold Plus specifications and are managed and maintained by ourselves. Additionally, we utilise an approved cleaning contractor to conduct all cleaning tasks, thereby upholding our stringent standards.
Furthermore, we serve as booking agents for several other private owners who seek to have their private bookings managed on their behalf. This service allows them to relax and avoid the stress of direct self-rental. We apply the same cleaning service standards to ensure that these homes are meticulously cleaned. The private static homes for which we act as booking agents are maintained by their owners in alignment with our standards. We conduct regular checks to ensure compliance. All of our static holiday homes are situated in Aberystwyth, Clarach Bay, and Borth, which are located near each other in the charming region of Mid Wales.

This holiday park is one of the Parkdean Resorts holiday parks, you will find what you normally expect from Parkdean Resorts, an indoor pool with flume, a play area with an indoor entertainment club room, restaurants, and many many also only a couple minutes from the beach in a beautiful location and area with fabulous views. We are able to accept bookings all year round.
Stayed in Claragh Bay over the May Bank Holiday. The caravan was very spacious and comfortable and the site had loads to do for the kids. Customer Service was great. We booked late, but everything was dealt with perfectly.
Me and my partner and 3 kids recently went to Aberythwyth Holiday Village, we really enjoyed our time there, the area was gorgeous with beautiful veiws with plenty to do for the kids who loved it almost as much as us. It is only 10 mins walk from the town center. Their was so much to do and the accomadation was absaloutly first class, easily the best caravan i have ever stayed in, it even had a walk in wardrobe and a double shower.😉 Would deffently recomend and will be returning to holiday again.
We just returned home this morning 20th October, after large family break were we required 3 static caravans for a long awaited meet up, the staff at Mid Wales holidays were brilliant right from the start of the booking process, because they only have two on the Brynowen holiday park at the moment they actually found us a third static caravan which was owned by another private owner and dealt with the whole process. must add all the statics were high spec and well maintained We will be booking again for April 2023 superb service full 5 stars from us as a whole family.
We hired 2 caravans as we had friends staying as well , our vans were close together and close to the parks entertainment which was really useful to us , we all loved our vans , really happy with them, clean comfortable, the owners were just a phonecall away , made us feel more than welcome , the view was amazing, there is always something to do , the caravan was really warm considering it was October, the heating worked really well . This holiday park is a family-owned and operated holiday park. It is ideal for relaxing but still has some facilities: indoor pool, lounge bar, main entertainment room and is only 10 mins walk from the main town seafront and bus and train stations. (main entertainment is during main weeks and Easter, Whit, etc.) We take bookings on this holiday park from March to the end of October.
